Selon le plaignant, la femme, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par la poup\u00e9e Barbie dans la publicit\u00e9, est clairement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9gradante et vulgaire pour la plupart des femmes. La femme est aussi assimil\u00e9e \u00e0 une poup\u00e9e Barbie et donc \u00e0 un jouet. De plus, elle est clairement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans une posture d\u00e9gradante mais \u00e9galement hypersexualis\u00e9. Enfin, selon le plaignant, la publicit\u00e9 joue \u00e9galement sur le symbole de sexualisation de la mini-jupe.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9cision Jury de premi\u00e8re instance: Pas de remarques<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Le Jury d\u2019Ethique Publicitaire (JEP) de premi\u00e8re instance a pris la d\u00e9cision suivante dans ce dossier.<\/p>\n

Le Jury a constat\u00e9 que l\u2019annonce sur Facebook pour une \u00ab Mini Jupe Party \u00bb montre des poup\u00e9es Barbie en robe et mini-jupe.<\/p>\n

Le Jury est d\u2019avis que la mani\u00e8re dont la femme est ainsi repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e n\u2019est pas sexiste et ne manque pas de respect envers la femme.<\/p>\n

Compte tenu du contexte social actuel, il est \u00e9galement d\u2019avis que le visuel n\u2019est pas choquant ou ind\u00e9cent. Selon lui, l\u2019annonce ne porte pas non plus atteinte \u00e0 la dignit\u00e9 de la femme et n\u2019est pas de nature \u00e0 appara\u00eetre comme d\u00e9nigrante \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des femmes.<\/p>\n

Le Jury a d\u00e8s lors estim\u00e9 que l\u2019annonce n\u2019est pas en infraction avec les R\u00e8gles du JEP en mati\u00e8re de repr\u00e9sentation de la personne.<\/p>\n

A d\u00e9faut d\u2019infractions aux dispositions l\u00e9gales ou autodisciplinaires, le Jury a estim\u00e9 n\u2019avoir pas de remarques \u00e0 formuler sur ces points.<\/p>\n
