D\u00e9cision Jury de premi\u00e8re instance: Pas de remarques<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Le Jury d\u2019Ethique Publicitaire (JEP) de premi\u00e8re instance a pris la d\u00e9cision suivante dans ce dossier.<\/p>\n

Le Jury a constat\u00e9 que le spot radio \u00e9voque un homme qui traverse un stade de foot sans ses v\u00eatements pour aller prendre la pi\u00e8ce d\u2019un euro que l\u2019arbitre utilise pour tirer \u00e0 pile ou face.<\/p>\n

Suite \u00e0 la r\u00e9ponse de l\u2019annonceur, le Jury a not\u00e9 que le spot en question, qui fait partie d\u2019une campagne plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, tend ainsi \u00e0 illustrer de mani\u00e8re ludique qu\u2019avec seulement un euro, on peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 acheter un billet \u00e0 gratter Presto.<\/p>\n

Compte tenu de l\u2019absurdit\u00e9 de l\u2019acte en question et de la r\u00e9alisation du spot au ton l\u00e9ger et d\u00e9cal\u00e9, le Jury est d\u2019avis que cette publicit\u00e9 humoristique n\u2019est pas de nature \u00e0 banaliser un comportement r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensible.<\/p>\n

Il a d\u00e8s lors estim\u00e9 que cette publicit\u00e9 ne t\u00e9moigne pas d\u2019un manque de juste sens de la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale.<\/p>\n

A d\u00e9faut d\u2019infractions aux dispositions l\u00e9gales ou autodisciplinaires, le Jury a estim\u00e9 n\u2019avoir pas de remarques \u00e0 formuler sur ce point.<\/p>\n
